This document sets out the terms for using the 345bd platform. Please read all sections carefully before opening an account.
Purpose of These Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 345bd platform and all its services. When you create an account on 345bd or use the platform, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.
These Terms apply to users residing in Bangladesh and those who use the platform in Bengali. Our support team is always ready to help with any confusion or unclear points.
Eligibility & Registration
1.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use the services on 345bd. No person under the age of 21 may use this platform. Providing the correct date of birth at registration is mandatory.
1.2 One Account Policy
Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended and balances being forfeited.
1.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, address — must be completely true and accurate. 345bd reserves the right to close an account at any time if false information is provided.
1.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed. A copy of your national ID card or another acceptable government-issued document may be requested. Failure to provide the required information in a timely manner may delay the withdrawal process.
Deposits & Withdrawals
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently active on 345bd:

2.2 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800
Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes
2.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests will only be processed via the same method used to make the deposit. The deposit method and withdrawal method must be registered in the same person's name.
Bonus-related wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawals will be held until the requirements are fulfilled.
2.4 Prohibited Transactions
- Transactions using a third party's account or card
- Any transaction connected to money laundering or illegal financial activity
- Transferring funds through multiple accounts by fraudulent means
Bonuses & Promotions
3.1 Welcome Bonus
345bd offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
Example 2: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳17,000.
3.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
3.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer applies only once per individual, household, or IP address.
- Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
- 345bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If 345bd suspects a breach of bonus terms, it reserves the right to investigate the account and cancel the bonus if necessary.
VIP & Cashback Program
345bd's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is paid according to each tier:
VIP tier upgrades depend on regular activity and participation on the platform. Cashback is calculated on a weekly basis and credited to the account.
Fair Use & Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain a safe and fair environment on the 345bd platform:
5.1 Technical Manipulation
- Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
- Attempting to modify the platform's software or code
- Attempting unauthorized access to the server or launching a cyberattack
5.2 Bonus Abuse
- Repeatedly collecting bonuses through multiple accounts
- Attempting to withdraw without meeting the bonus wagering requirements
- Using low-risk betting strategies for the purpose of abusing bonuses
5.3 Misconduct
- Disrespectful behavior toward the support team or other users
- Filing false chargeback claims or fraudulent payment disputes
- Colluding or manipulating outcomes together with other members

6.1 Data Collection

Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Suspension by 345bd
345bd may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:
- Clear evidence of a breach of the Terms
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity
- Failure to provide identity verification information
- Evidence of operating multiple accounts
8.2 Closure by the User
Any member may close their own account at any time. To do so, contact the 345bd support team. It is recommended that you meet any outstanding wagering requirements and withdraw any available balance before closing your account.
Limitation of Liability
345bd operates as an entertainment platform. 345bd's liability is limited in the following areas:
- Losses caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues
- Issues caused by the user's own device or software problems
- Errors by third-party platforms or payment providers
- Losses resulting from unauthorized account access by the user
Changes to the Terms
345bd reserves the right to change, add to, or revise these Terms at any time. For significant changes, registered users will be notified as far in advance as possible.
Continued use of the platform after revised Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. The "Last updated" date on this page always indicates the date from which the current Terms apply.
